Everything in this reasonably clean hotel was excellent. The room was large with the balcony. The staff was excellent and efficient in all services. The location was gorgeous especially in the restaurant where special food was made for me, in front of a ferry port. Food was fabulous, I really enjoyed it.

Appreciated staying at the double room with a wonderful view. A mini fridge bar, air conditioner, and an individual safe were important for us. The location for Cannero Riviera was unique, short walk to the smaller of the two buildings on the lake front, Lago Maggiore and the lake and entire building layout.

Great family run hotel with panoramic views as a bonus. Immaculate rooms and excellent staff from every single member of staff there. Savoury food, excellent location by the lake. Based not far from the Lago Maggiore, boat station in Cannero, and ferry stop. Really incredible base for a honeymoon trip.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right on the waterfront, allowing us to take stunning evening walks and enjoy boat trips on the lake. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained, and the traditional and comfortable design added to the overall charm. The staff provided exceptional service, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We were particularly impressed with the room service, housekeeping, and laundry services, as they were prompt and efficient. The staff even arranged for an airport shuttle for us, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. Plus, we were treated to a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. the quality of service at this hotel was top-notch, surpassing our expectations.

We highly recommend this hotel to all. The experience here was truly outstanding, and we couldn't find any negative aspects to mention.

The location was peaceful, a couple of blocks away from old town. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Cannero Riviera bus stop. The professional and attentive staff provided all the necessary info.

The view from our terrace was breathtaking both in the morning and at night, creating a truly magical experience. The hotel's attention to detail and cleanliness were impressive, and the swimming pool area was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scents. The dining room had lovely views of the lake and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. We were pleasantly surprised by the boutique-style rooms and the comfortable beds. The location right by the water in the charming town was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
